Global Virtuoso is actively looking for Recruitment Specialist to join our team of Virtuosos in our Human Resources operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enlists creative strategies to develop, attract, and maintain pipeline of qualified candidate
  • Conducts initial screening – paper and initial interview
  • Prepares job offer and/or employment contract
  • Facilitates contract signing of all parties
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of pre-employment documents and requirements of the candidates prior to joining
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data for reporting purposes
  • Conducts New Hire Orientation
  • Acts as the Point of Contact (POC) for all Recruitment related vendors and initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science, Organization Development, and/or other related discipline program/course.
  • At least three (3) years working experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Strong background and work experience in recruitment and sourcing, manpower staffing, and/or talent acquisition management.
  • Preferably with background in Manpower Agency/firm but not required
