What are we looking for?

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education
  • Healthcare (BPO) background is an advantage

Working under the new normal
SYKES Philippines’ COVID-19 Response

Our employees’ safety is of utmost importance to us. As more employees are returning to report on-site, we have ensured that we follow strict protocols and measures mandated by the government.

Time and again, we assure all our employees that we follow rigid cleaning and disinfecting practices on-site. We also instruct employees to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms or are ill. We have also implemented the following as additional defense from COVID-19:

  • Undergoing SYKES’ sanitation and re-entry protocols (thermal scanning, foot bath, health questionnaire, and placement of alcohol/sanitizer dispenser within their workspaces and in the common areas)
  • Strict implementation of no face mask, no face shield, no entry policy
  • Emphasized education on-site including proper handwashing, wearing of masks and shields, as well as social distancing
  • Rigid cleaning, misting, and sanitation protocols are also implemented to ensure that our sites are safe and clean. This includes deploying air purifiers/cleaners, cleaning air-conditioning units and their filters, and incorporating proper ventilation with the use of industrial blowers and exhausts within the sites
  • Disinfections carried out by our partner supplier, done thrice a week to ensure on-site safety
