HC Officer deployed for Organizational Development.
With at least 3 years solid experience, as specialist or officer, in the area of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Learning and Development. May consider also HR Generalist exposure.
General Accountabilities: Contributes to research, analysis and ideas to ensure that organizational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that supports the company to be a high performing organization through planning, development, implementation and administration needed people and organizational development which includes Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance Management.
• TALENT ACQUISITION (50%) o Responsible in implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies and processes to attract and hire candidates (End to End process) who are behaviorally and technically fit for vacant positions.
• PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (25%) o Responsible for the development, administration, organization, and coordination of employee performance review and ensures understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results.
• LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (25%) o Responsible in identifying, developing and conducting/coordinating training needs which includes but not limited to New Hires Orientation, Company initiative and DOLE required learning sessions etc. o Leads in the over-all capability development program for the employees through planning and administrative execution of training programs suited for employees or division
