Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be graduate of BS Psychology or any related field
  • With at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, and/or employee relations
  • Proactive and can communicate to different levels of organization
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Has experience working in Automotive/Manufacturing industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Leads in effective implementation of end-to-end process of recruitment.
  • Ensures recruitment & onboarding process are consistent and effective according to company standards.
  • Coordinates with the LAMPCC and other testing center for in-depth psychological exam for supervisory and managerial capacity.

Training & Development

  • Conducts TNA in order to identify the KASH gaps of all employees.
  • Ensures effective implementation and completion of all training needs scheduled for the year.
  • Prepares and forecasts annual budget and secures approval.
  • Designs effective training evaluation form and training effectiveness

Employee Relations / Engagements

  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations on Disciplinary issues.
  • Responsible for issuance of Violation Explanation Slip.
  • Provides HR Policy Guidance and interpretation to the team.
  • Ensures confidentiality of all documents and files.
