Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Deliver a consistent approach to all internal communications.
  • Improve ways to listen, to communicate, engage and motivate staff.
  • Develop channels of communication (e.g., email, AVPs, intranet, social media) relevant to the needs of the workforce and the organization.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications are effectively coordinated.
  • Manage activities related to town hall events and employee roadshows.
  • Assess training needs through various sources (e.g., surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups), or consultation with managers and other stakeholders.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
  • Present information or facilitate workshops with a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop instructional manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Serve as the overall admin for learning management system (LMS) and performance management system (Talentsoft).
  • Manage activities related to performance management such as target/goal setting, employee appraisal, including generation of reports.
  • Monitor budgets related to projects related to L&D, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Consider resources, including working with different stakeholders (e.g. SMEs, vendors) in conceptualizing and delivering programs.
  • Participate and lead on specific projects as directed by the HR Manager.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. verbal and written).
  • Project Management.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Instructing and learning strategies.
  • Adept in the use of graphic design tools and systems.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of principles and processes related to Human Resources (e.g., Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, L&D, Performance Management, etc.).
  • Business Acumen.
JOB EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Candidate must be a Graduate of Psychology, HR, or Business Management course.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience and proven ability in the areas of L&D,
    Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communication is preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., DDI-certified Facilitator) is preferred.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
