  1. Provide assistance in the administration of recruitment activities
  2. Provide assistance in facilitating and processing of company-initiated and government mandated benefits.
  3. Provide assistance in the conduct of training and employee relations programs.
  4. Prepare business correspondences related to recruitment, training and development, employee relations, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  5. Ensure and maintain proper filing of HR documents related to recruitment, training and development, employee relations, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  6. Perform other project-related tasks that may be assigned by the Superior.
