Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for Australian clients.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions, establishing and managing the Chart of Accounts, and posting transactions.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and manage debt collection.
  • Prepare financial reports for and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliance with local tax laws.


  • Degree in Accounting.
  • Must have at least one year of relevant experience.
  • CPA qualified will give you an edge.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel.
  • Possess strong attention to detail. Must enjoy keeping the books squeaky clean!
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
